How do I access the locked content?
Voda's full range of programs are available with a subscription to Voda+. Monthly access to all programmes cost £9.99 / month, and an annual Voda+ pass costs £54.99 / year.
How can I report a bug?
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please report any bugs to our team at support@voda.co, alongside with a brief description of the bug, what device you're using and your device version. We'll get back to you soonest.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to "Settings" and then tapping "Delete Account". Follow the instructions on-screen to delete your account.
Please note that account deletions might take 1 working day to process. Deletion is permanent and cannot be restored. All your data (apart from the account deletion request) will be deleted from our records.
Please note that if you have an active subscription or are on a free trial, you still need to go to your iPhone or Android settings to manually cancel your subscription.
How do I cancel a subscription purchased with Apple ID?
If you subscribed to Voda via your Apple ID, please follow these steps to cancel your subscription.
Go to "Settings", tap on your Apple ID profile, select "Subscriptions", and cancel your "Voda" subscription.
My subscription isn't working.
If you have an active subscription, please go onto the Voda app and click on "Restore Purchases" to re-activate your Premium account.

I accidentally got charged. What can I do?
You can obtain a refund differently depending on your device.
If you subscribed through Google Play, you can request a refund by simply emailing us at support@voda.co with your email address and with a subject title "Refund Request". We will process this in 2-3 working days.
If you subscribed through Apple App Store, you will need to email Apple by going to this link (https://getsupport.apple.com/). Click "iPhone" -> "Subscriptions & Purchases" -> "iTunes Store account billing". Apple does not let app developers process refunds from our end unfortunately.
